Voting is fundamental to democracy, but American trust in “one person, one vote” has been compromised in recent years by Electoral College outcomes, allegations of voter suppression and voter fraud, and gerrymandering of congressional district boundaries. Integral to the conversation, of course, is a thorough examination of the 2018 midterm elections, particularly as we look ahead to 2020.

As the final installment of the American Voter Project, the Eric H. Holder Jr. Initiative invites you to join us for a panel discussion about the 2018 midterm elections.

Panelists:
Eric H. Holder Jr. CC'73, LAW'76; 82nd Attorney General of the United States
Zachary W. Carter, 78th Corporation Counsel of the City of New York

Karine Jean-Pierre SIPA'03, Senior Advisor and National Spokesperson for MoveOn.org
