Zirui (Jerry) Chen is a graduating senior at Columbia University majoring in history and political science. He is the recipient of the Chanler Historical Prize, awarded to Columbia College seniors who submit the best essay on a topic dealing with the history of civil government in America. He is also an incoming J.D.-Ph.D. candidate at Harvard University and Harvard Law School.
