Eric H. Holder Jr. Initiative Student Advisory Board Emeritus
Daniel Kang graduated from Columbia College in 2023 with a degree in American Studies. His interests include grassroots organizing, voting rights, and the history of legal challenges which have faced ethnic and religious communities in the United States. In addition to serving on the Student Advisory Board for the Holder Initiative, Daniel is the President of the Columbia Debate Society, the Treasurer for the Asian American Alliance, and a Managing Editor at the Columbia Political Review. In the past, Daniel has worked for Korean American Civic Empowerment (KACE), a grassroots organization based in Queens, NY, and for the United States House of Representatives.
